The 2012 Annual HOA meeting is Thursday, January 19, 7 p.m. at Boldt Construction. Boldt is located at 101 W.

A reminder that this year’s dues are due by Monday, January 16, unless they are handed in to a board member at the Annual Meeting January 19.  Homeowners should have received a dues statement by mail. Dues are $250 and should be mailed to P.O. Box 7023, Edmond, OK, 73083.

Please help us spread the word that beginning Jan. 1, 2012, BPHOA will be sending news via email instead of mail. This will allow us to cut costs and deliver news that is time-sensitive more quickly.

Trespassers have been using the pool at night after closing. In addition to posing a safety risk, property has been damaged. While the BPHOA is working to improve security with the Edmond Police Department as well as through private means, we ask that Bristol Park residents be on alert.
