Children 5 and under will go first and should meet in the field north of the pool parking lot. The 6 through 12 year hunt will take place after the younger children finish and will take place in the park area.</p>
<p>This year we will have 5 prize eggs. Parents make sure to check your children's eggs before you leave to see if you have a note for a prize inside. Winners should see a member of the board on site to collect their prize.</p>
<p>Please make sure to arrive on time to ensure your children can participate as the eggs will go fast!</p>
<p>WE NEED VOLUNTEERS: If you want to help hide eggs, please meet at the park/pool area at 10:30 a.m.</p>
<p>Hope to see you Saturday!</p>

Boldt is located at 101 W. Hefner Rd., OKC, OK 73114. The offices are a short drive from the neighborhood, and we are able to accommodate more people in a conference room.</p>
<p>Annual Meetings are your chance as a homeowner to elect members of the 2012 board. The board is responsible for maintaining the amenities you enjoy, new projects as well as ensuring homeowners abide by the neighborhood’s covenants and restrictions.</p>
<p>We need you! Many people have ideas; however, it takes a team of people to put these ideas into action. New faces and participation are welcomed and give you the opportunity as a homeowner to make Bristol Park a better place to live.</p>

<p>Homeowners should have received a dues statement by mail. Dues are $250 and should be mailed to&nbsp;P.O. Box 7023,&nbsp;Edmond, OK, 73083.</p>
<p>All dues postmarked or received after January 19, 2012 are considered late and a $20 late fee will be imposed. All dues not postmarked or received by February 15, 2012 will have liens filed for non-payment of assessments and at that time an additional filing assessment of $125 will be imposed.</p>
<p>Please be a considerate homeowner and pay your dues promptly. In addition to posing a safety risk, property has been damaged.
