A reminder that this year’s dues are due by Monday, January 16, unless they are handed in to a board member at the Annual Meeting January 19. 

Homeowners should have received a dues statement by mail. Dues are $250 and should be mailed to P.O. Box 7023, Edmond, OK, 73083.

All dues postmarked or received after January 19, 2012 are considered late and a $20 late fee will be imposed. All dues not postmarked or received by February 15, 2012 will have liens filed for non-payment of assessments and at that time an additional filing assessment of $125 will be imposed.

Please be a considerate homeowner and pay your dues promptly. Dues provide funds for both the operating expenses of our neighborhood and a reserve for future improvements or repairs, so that we may continue to enjoy the amenities that make our neighborhood one of the nicest in Edmond.
